-Good English skills.
-Detail oriented.
-Available to work afternoon and night shifts.
-Work experience in customer support will be considered an advantage but it's not mandatory as we provide necessary training.
-Communication and negotiation skills.

Schedule: Monday - Sunday (in 8 hours shifts from 3:00 PM - 4 AM)

Responsibilities

-Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
-Understand the customer's needs and assist with general inquiries, product support and troubleshooting via phone.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Keeping record of customer interactions comments and complaints.
